The production process of glass bottles
Blowing,Extrusion molding
Raw material (quartz sand,soda ash,limestone,feldspar,etc.) preprocessing. Crushing block shaped raw materials to dry wet raw materials,and removing iron from iron containing raw materials to ensure glass quality. Preparation of batch materials. Melting. The glass batch is heated at high temperature (1550-1600 degrees) in a tank or furnace to form a uniform,bubble free liquid glass that meets the molding requirements.Put liquid glass into a mold to make glass products of the required shape. Heat treatment. By annealing,quenching and other processes,it can clean or generate stress,phase separation or crystallization inside the glass,as well as change the structural state of the glass.Glass bottles can be divided into the following types based on their composition: sodium glass,lead glass,and borosilicate glass. Widely used in buildings for wind and light insulation,it belongs to mixtures.
